guide through working on another computer using wamp (for dummies)

Hi,
This topic was probably already discussed, but I have read into it and as i’m not excelling in code or any kind of programming, i still don’t know how to continue working on another computer without messing it up or starting all over again with the site building.
So i have win 7 and wamp, what are the exact steps i need to do so i can move the files and continue on the other? (I also have woocommerce and a purchased theme if that matters)
