redirecting and pages

I don’t know if these questions should be on this forum or not. My top domain is http://www.idcenter.se and my wordpress blog is under http://www.idcenter.se/wordpress
I would like to direct all visitors to my top domain directly to the wordpress blog. How do I do that as simply as possible?

Also I have written a page “Om oss” but it is not possible to acess it from the link in the blog. What could be wrong?
