Change of path

Hi,regarding to making static page, I decided to move my wordpress from http://www.mysite.cz/wp to http://www.mysite.cz/home/wp

Now I have problems to do something in administration section, because my paths are wrong.

I changed them manually in browser adress to access administration a I saw this section with filled fields with configuration. But when I send this form to server, this paths changet to http://www.mysite.cz/wp and configuration was not saved.

So I suppose that I can change this paths (and other configuration manually, but I dont’t know where…
