It looks like you made the shop page your home page? that uses a different template and that would be why you don’t have a slider. For products on the home page with virtue and to have a slider you need to add the products via a shortcode to the home page content area.

That is true! I will change that. Do I add the products to sides or aticles?

Silder works! Great! One last question. So I create a page beside the woocommerce shop and define it as Home and put newest products over via shortcode on the page? right?

Yes should be a shortcode like:
