Not within the theme itself, no. And do not edit the Twenty Fourteen theme. It is the current default WordPress theme and having access to an original, unedited, copy of the theme is vital in many situations. First create a child theme for your changes.

I used child theme of course. But it’s possible move primary left sidebar to the right side?

It’s not online yet, I only developing new redesign on my localhost… It’s simple, I only want to move primary sidebar situated on the left by default to the right, and I dont know how. I have little experience on CSS3, but i down know where to start…

I got a version of this based on the excellent “Awesome 2014” theme by Josh Pollock.
Josh, has basically improved the 2014 theme by fixing several “let downs” in the original 2014. You can read his blog for more details.
I have made further modifications to his child theme, as well as right align the sidebar. So you can take a look at it on my GitHub repo.

How can you move the left sidebar in the Twenty Fourteen to the right side of the page?
I have also tried Aurovrata’s Awesome_2014-right but does not seem to work at the moment (perhaps due to a TwentyFourteen update). In any event I was not wanting to use Awesome, I would like to just move the left-sidebar in my child theme of TwentyFourteen to the right of the page.
I’d be thankful for any advice on where TwentyFourteen is implementing its layout of the sidebars.
