Sub domain vanished

Hi,

I help a site: http://www.skinewgen.com/

But its multisite sub domain is http://www.instructorcourses.skinewgen.com/ and vanished last night with no warning… It was working fine bfore that. As far as im aware… no one has made any changes to the site, hosting, domain control panel.

Any ideas please?
