Hello. The process is very easy.
To download WordPress 3.8.1, update automatically from the Dashboard > Updates menu in your site’s admin area or visit http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/.

If you can’t follow that, you’ll need to have a look in the control panel for your hosting account and see if they have a one-click installer. One of the more common ones is Fantastico in cPanel servers, but there’s also a great deal of others. your hosting company will be able to help you out on what they have available as it varies by each company.
