Nice theme, Ik like to give it a try.
I don’t see any template options. No template available. Making one myself not possible?

See custom page templates. But first create a child theme for your changes.

thnx for the rapid reaction but this theme does not show any page templates…
Yes I started with a child theme.
Am I obliged to buy the theme?

No but you would need to create any custom page templates yourself using the first link I posted above.
