Then that’s provided by the Invite Anyone plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/invite-anyone/

@paulgibbs I just recently added the invite anyone plugin just so I could implement the “user invites someone else to join the site” and the “activating a membership” achievements. Does the current member then earn points with each successful membership activation resulting from their invitation(s)?
No, look at the names of these events carefully:
* “user invites someone else to join the site” — the achievement would count for the user inviting someone else.
* “”activating a membership” — the achievement would count for the user activating their membership, not the person who sent the invite.
