Can't update or deactivate? Read this!

    I accidentally make it so that you can’t update or deactivate this plugin as of version 2.2. Version 2.2.1 fixes that. To update to version 2.2.1, you should deactivate this plugin using bulk actions. That means checking the checkbox of the plugin on the plugins page and selecting deactivate on the top of the page. Once you did that you can safely update and activate the plugin again.
