theme suddenly stopped being responsive

    For one of my sites I’m using a responsive theme, it all works fine.

    I installed the theme on another account too (a multisite), and copied all the custom code to the child theme. When I checked, the theme turned out not to be responsive on this domain.

    I’ve checked the site, using the parent theme, but nothing changes.

    Does somebody have a clue?

    Hi Mila,

    Share the site links here, I think in new site you missed some codes from the old site. Please re-install the theme again via FTP or WP Uploader.

    Hi Mila,

    Sharing email address in WP forum is not allowed, at first use the re-activating process then check for the issue. If not resolves then share your website url with bit.ly (url shortner service). After finding the solution delete the bit.ly url from your account.

    Hi,

    I just figured it out! It had something to do with a plugin, I never noticed the message about the required plugin, maybe it showed up after the re-install..
