Groups Page

I am not sure if this plugin can help do this or if I should take another route. What I want to do is show the contents of the Buddypress groups page on another page, specifically the homepage. I still need the Groups page and basically want to replicate that page in a section on the homepage. Is that possible with a shortcode from this plugin?
