Websites taking 46 seconds to load

    Hello,
    I have two wordpress sites and both have been loading very slow since this morning (about 46 seconds). It’s also taking me forever to sign in. My accounts were automatically upgraded to version 3.8.1 last night. Could that be the problem?

    One of my sites is sproutsofspring.com. Any help will be appreciated
