need to setup a login page

Hello,

I have a simple issue that I think a plugin might solve but, don’t know which one to use. I have a website that is completed but, what I want to do is have all users hit a landing page that asks for a user login and then forwards them to the site that exists now. I am not charging and don’t really care to much for this to be complicated. Any ideas?
