How to insert Google Analytics Conversion Code into single portfolio item?

    I’ve done tons of research regarding to this question. There is some plugins that support the WordPress website with Google Analytics code, some just enter the Google number such as UA-XXXX-X etc. But I really want to know if we can insert Conversion code into single portfolio item. It seems there is no plugins support this function. And what I did is add a custom field and insert the codes into it. I don’t know if that works. Does anyone has any idea about this topic? I will be REALLY APPRECIATED!!
