same for me. I use the standard twenty eleven wordpress theme…
Hi both,
Do you mind sharing your URLS?

Hi,
Thanks for responding.

Michael
I am using a different plugin for the adsense you see now.
and my site is this: http://www.sick-celebrities.com/
I use another plugin for adsense called Quick AdSense which I had de-activated for testing the Google publisher Plugin.
On my site, verification checks out all right.
Also the plugin detects that there are adsense tags on the site.
I can display the design and preview pages.
Just when trying to “save & activates” it reports the error.
Did you remove your existing ads before trying to add new ones using the plug-in?
@dradicke: On the example URL you shared there are ads. On the front page there aren’t. We’ll look into this issue.
@axlm01: We’ll look into it
@gmanu: thanks. Probably you see ads because of caching effects… The old plugin for adsense is definately de-activated.
Maybe the Google plugin also has issues with wp-super-cache?

Thank you. I was also using quick adsense but I disabled the plugin before I even loaded this plugin.
@dradcike: yes, caching plugins cause problems for the plugin. Could you try the plugin without super-cache active and see if it helps. Otherwise, you can drop us an e-mail using the feedback button in the top right corner about which WordPress plugins are installed, what is his admin URL and whether there are any messages on the developer console.
Same here – no caching or other stuff working around 🙁

@gmanu. De-activated Super-cache but no luck with the AdSense-Setup.
So that´s enough testing for me at the moment – I´ll give it another try in a few months 🙂
I am also getting the same error. No ads on my website (http://www.appdunia.com/) as of now.
I realized that error was due to W3-Total-Cache. Now it has been resolved.
I’m also getting an “update failed” after clicking “save and activate.” I’m not running any caching plugin.
