Multi-user login trouble

Hi All,
I installed multi-user today. It looks nice and everything works fine for admin but my first user can not login. I’ve checked the DB and the user is there. Each time I reset the password the db changes:

But it still says that my password is incorrect when I try the login page.

It logs me in fine if I use admin. I’ve tried with FireFox and IE and I get the same result each time.
