Not a common reported problem. Maybe try reinstalling Customizr: Deactivate-Delete-Activate
Ahem, reported here by several people in recent days/weeks, including this thread! And acknowledged here by @nikeo last week.
@typoerorr, in the CustomizIt! menu, select “Images” and put a checkmark beside “Enable/disable retina support”. Hopefully, new image uploads will now show up in the media library. This is a temporary workaround as the Retina feature generates unneeded image sizes if you aren’t developing a retina-optimised website. With luck, @nikeo will have fixed this in the next update.
By the way, are you creating your site online or in a localhost environment?
Thanks @chappie, not often I get one completely wrong 😉
You’re still my favourite, Dave.
Thank you for the amazing shifts you are putting in here to help us all.
@chappie I am creating my site online. The image appears in the media library after i have checked “Enable/disable retina support” thanks a million!
@rdellconsulting thanks for your help too
The mod can consider this resolved
It looks like a permanent fix is on its way thanks to a breakthrough discovery by @electricfeet.
