changing from temp url

i have created a temporary url and am about to start building my site.i will not have to move the site-only the url will change.other than changing the site url and home url back correctly (as described in http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL)is there anything else I need to worry about. Specifically i am concerned about permalinks for articles,images,and them related issues that i am reading about in the forums.
