Yes the option has been added with some other featIMG options in v1.4.1 that has been submitted to WP themes dir a week ago, but it takes time for theme review team to approve updates.

Thanks for that. I have seen that option on 1.4.1, but that is just for the posts on the front page of the site. When clicking on the title of the article to go to the actual post, the featured image is still an inline thumbnail.
For example, I would like thumbnails on the front page of the site, then the full image in the post.
This can be seen with what I am currently using http://browntel.net . You can see the thumbnails on the front page, then going into each article displays the full featured image.
I hope I explained it better this time. 🙂

Oh, you’re right. I forgot to make the changes in content-single file. Fixed that. and also added two more options;
1- Choose different sizes for featIMG in loop / single mode.
2- In addition to inline – block added another display option for featIMG; ‘hybrid‘, which displays inline in loops & block on single mode.

Submitted the changed version 1.4.2.1 to WP dir. You can wait for it to be approved or download from SVN.
