It works for me, even with my posts on another page. I don’t have any idea what is up. Link?

I will be reverting it once you have checked it out. I don’t want to stop people from being able to browse.
I can’t look at the site right now, it’s not loading. Bad time?
The site is back online now.
I did add a small php function to the footer, but that’s it. Do you think that function might be messing with Infinite Scroll?
Tested without the footer. It still doesn’t work. And, I tried it in raw Decode (not my child theme), it still doesn’t work.
Tried disabling Quick Cache — still broken.
Disabling Infinite Scroll for now.
By “Tested without the footer” do you mean you removed the PHP snippet or the whole footer? Sorry, but I was a little unsure.
If you are using PHP to set the date, you can use the Customizer setting to do that with JavaScript.
I removed my custom footer file, reverting to the default decode footer.
Since reverting to the default footer without my custom date function (shown in that other thread where we helped someone else with Child Themes), the date function is not the problem.
I was hoping that it was one of my tweaks, and not in the default theme. 🙁
Well this is frustrating. It’s happening for you and not for me. We know that. Let’s find out what difference in our theme setups is breaking Infinite Scroll.
– I’ve ruled out Static Front Page being an issue, we can revisit this though.
– I’m on WP 3.8 with Decode 2.8.4 and 2.9.1 (testing both)
– I have only one plugin enabled, Jetpack
What about your setup may differ from this?
I am going to set up a test instance, and match your set up to see if it occurs for me. Maybe one of my plugins is causing the issue.
That’s possible. I want to track this down to see if it’s not something I can fix on my end!
It works on the test site!
The problem must be one of the other plugins. Any ideas on where to start?
What plugins do you have running?
