Cannot view SurveyMe poll results

I set up a poll last year, before my institution updated to WP 3.8. Now I cannot see my poll results. Hovering over the poll results link shows the link http://…/surveyme//all.csv/ (with the extra / before all.csv) and then shows http://…/surveyme/all.csv/ in the address bar, but just takes me to the user view of the post containing the poll. Could you let me know how to get my poll results?
