You will find transactions history by clicking “View Transactions” from the following path
Admin -> Membership -> Payment Gateways

I want to show this on the frontend, but only for that user who is logged in. So they can see their transactions and subscriptions.
Is there any way to do this?

Have you setup an Account page by any chance?
yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membershipoptions&tab=pages
That will provide an account form in the front-end, in the page you specify, where users will be able to interact with their subscription.
