Breezing Forms lost when upgraded to 3.8

I upgraded to 3.8 and Breezing Forms disappeared. I tried to re-install the plug-in and it said there was already a folder and wouldn’t let me install it. I cannot find the folder and have therefore lost my Application Form from my website.

I have had to remove the link to Application Form as the site is live and prospective students need to not see broken page messages, therefore there is no point my putting the url of the site as you will see nothing there.
