Plugin only works when logged in

    Hi there,

    Did you close the box before and set a cookie to hide the box for a number of days? If so and you still want to see the box, please enable “test mode” in the box settings.

    Hey, I tried it again on a computer I had never used to visit the site and it worked fine… I swear I tried it in different browsers and on an iPad… I must have set a cookie in all those previously!
