    Hi there,

    – Are you 100% sure your API key is correct?
    – Are you running a firewall plugin?
    – If not, does your webhost support remote requests to secure servers (over HTTPS), using cURL preferably? Please ask them.
    – Is your website retrieving WordPress updates and plugins without any problems?

Thanks for opening a support request topic here as email support is reserved for premium plugin users only. Another side benefit is that other users can jump in here or benefit from the answers given. 🙂

    Hi Mark,

That’s really strange and would make you the first one encountering this issue. I am not able to replicate the issue so it would be really helpful if you could create me a temporary admin account so I can take a look at your particular situation. You know my email. 🙂

    Thanks!
