Phpbb User Emails imported into WP subscribers

    Hi, I have what’s left of my PHPBB forum…The database 🙁 I have extracted the user email’s from the database into a CSV file. Now I am needing to figure out how to import them into my subscribers list in WP.
    Anyone able to offer my some guidance?
