Nextgen gallery not working.

Upgraded to Nextgen gallery (free version) to latest version today, and cannot get galleries to display. When I go the gallery page ( http://www.johnsphotography.ca/?page_id=95 ) I get the ‘set up plugin’ message. I have activated, deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled. All with the same result.

Please advise.
