hi

i want to use http://www.uberdose.com/journal/archives/2004/10/02/keywords-and-description-meta-tags-for-wordpress-xfish_meta/ plugin foir meta descri and key word there asked to activate advanced edititing mode but i am not able to find it,

admin -> users -> scroll to bottom left

Actually, I think those are old instructions–for WP 1.5, so you just need to expand the blue box beneath the write page’s textarea, labeled “Custom fields.”

Yes, since 2.x you have only “advanced”…

well i showonly below 2nd image option in my admin panel

It won’t look like the screenshot, but you’ll see “Key” and “Value” fields, and they mean the same thing as the “Key” and “Value” fields in the screenshot.
