• Resolved sangrialover

I’m pretty new to html editing, so i’m sure i just made a stupid mistake, but i need help fixing it. I tried to add a flickr badge to my sidebar by pasting the code from flickr into my themes/default/sidebar file. Then everything got messed up. I did what I could to fix it, including removing the flickr code, but something’s still wrong. There’s no search box, my “categories” and “archives” headings aren’t bold, my blogroll is gone. Here’s my blog url, if it helps: http://www.sangrialover.com
I would really like my sidebar to go back to the way it was when I first applied the “default” theme.
Can somebody please walk me through it?
    Thanks.

  • I am sure you have a backup copy of the un-altered sidebar.php file; why not just upload it to your server?

I am pretty sure I do have that file – thanks for reminding me. I’ll try uploading it tonight when I have access to the computer that the file is on.

Once I resolve this issue, is there an easy way to put a flickr badge on my sidebar (without messing everything up)?

Sure enough – I did exactly as you suggested and all is right with my sidebar again! Thanks for your help!
