GDE Error: Unable to load profile settings

Been successfully using GDE until I updated to WordPress 3.8 and GDE 2.5.12.

My code on the page is:

I am seeing this error out of Firefox 3.6.28 and a customer has also complained about not being able to access the PDF price list (not sure what browser he is viewing it in, but he got the same error message).
