Have run in to an issue after I cloned a website. Receiving Ooops 404 Not Found! anytime I click save in Other Options. Lightbox effects are working but Stylesheet and Javascript URL’s are pointed to cloned domain. I can change the domain name in the path but can’t save it. Same goes for all parameters in Other Options. Cloned site works like it should!

I am able to browse to the Stylesheets and Javascrpits by entering those URLs in a browser.

I’m dead stop here until this is fixed. Any advise or suggestions are really appreciated.

    NextGen Gallery 2.0.40
GoDaddy Hosted – Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel
    PHP is 5.5
    MySQL is 5.4
Using same pluggins in both sites and all plugins are current versions.

Thanks in advance for your time and assistance in resolving this

@ddalton1 – Please submit a Bug report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) as you most likely have need of our Reset Tool plugin to sort out these paths.

    Thanks!

I’m running into the same exact issue running on Namecheap hosting.

Was this resolved? I will also post a bug report…

I was able to resolve this issue by installing and running the “Reset Tool” plugin provided by NextGen. Very simple and worked very well.

Cais – can you provide danjng with the same plugin?

@ddalton1 – Thanks for the follow-up … and of course we would be more than happy to supply @danjng with the “Reset Tool” although we generally only provide it after a Bug Report has been submitted for a relevant issue.

The functionality will also be included in our next (beta) release as well.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
