Cannot access wp-content, just wp-admin

    I’m attempting to do two simple tasks: create a child theme and edit my header. Both involve steps where I need to access wp-content/themes (to get to my theme directory) or wp-content/header (to edit header).

    I just get a 404 not found error.

    If the site is on a host server you will need to use FTP or the hosts admin panel (usually C-Panel).
    If it is a local server use your OS’s file browser.

    Okay. I found the host’s C-Panel and have no idea what to do next. I’ll review the getting started videos, and hopefully things will make more sense. Thanks for your help.
