I’m trying to install wordpress on a x10hosting server, under my own domain root directory.

    when I type my domainname.com/wp-admin

    I get this URL:
    http://megadopebeatz.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmegadopebeatz.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

in my server directory I removed the shell wordpress folder, and dropped the actual wordpress contents into my domain directory folder so the path is: /public_html/megadopebeatz.com/wp-admin

i tried copying the htacess from the public_html into the new directory but that didn’t solve anything so I removed it.

the web address is megadopebeatz.com ; the default wordpress theme is clearly visible and running.

also i did not get an email notifying me of my new wordpress site after completing the installation.
