Menu refuses to add items

    Hi,
    So I’m having the weirdest problem.
    My menu has capped out at about 87 items – we have a global focus section for all of the countries we provide languages too so we need an extensive menu. You can see it here:

    But anyways I’ve been having the weirdest thing happen, where I’ve had the menu set up for some time now with over 87 items and on Monday when trying to add new pages it stopped saving the menu as “primary” and started randomly deleting pages from the menu. I tried to rebuild and switch over to a menu but again capped out at that 87, tried switching off all plugins, switching back to twenty eleven theme and just recently increase my max_input_vars in the php.ini

    I host through Bluehost and the theme is a custom built based off of twenty eleven.

    It’s still giving me major problems – wondering if anyone else has a possible solution? or advice to try something else?
