Under Construction Plugin Permanently ON

    Using http://wordpress.org/plugins/underconstruction/

    I have tried turning activate off within the plugin. Then deactivating the plugin. Then I deleted the entire plugin itself.

    My maintenance page is still there when not logged in.

    (I have deleted browser data, used other browsers and internet connections.)

    I don’t have the WP-Supercache plugin enabled.
