TRUE (error) after confirmation

    When i try to register a test account or anything it loads and get a re bar with a True typed inside . i think it works with database couse when i use email i already used it finds it as it should so dunno whats cousing it please help !
    and i use the themes login page he had it set only to username and email password will be send to email as a login. the old options desapears but when i hover with mouse over it gets visible :/
    Please help me out

    In the known issues (README_OFFICIAL.txt):
    – registration confirmation does not work if you use Theme My Login plug-in

    The registration page is returning a “true” error, Please assist me on how to fix this issue. I try Re-Installing the Plugin but am getting the same error. Thanks
