Multiple issues

So I’ve been having multieple issues…First, the gallery doesn’t load correctly the first time…If you refresh it it does(with the borders around them). Second, the pages are supposed to open up into the actual pages(IE http://capitalplasticsco.com/product-gallery/custom-globes) instead of having (http://capitalplasticsco.com/?post_type=page&p=64). I’ve noticed that if I turn the page animation off it will usually load correctly…

I also have fancyboxer installed because they thumb nails would not display correctly in IE (from the previous version, do I still neeed that or should I disable it?

Second issue is after updating, the “other options” and “gallery settings” don’t show up in my wp dash board….Any ideas on that?
