Facebook not sharing

I don’t know what the problem is, but I can’t get the posts on my site to share to Facebook. For some reason it just brings up a blank page when I try to share through AddToAny after it tries to connect to Facebook.

My blog address is:

I have tried adjusting settings, deleting or deactivating other plug-ins, adjusting Facebook settings – nothing works.

I’m wondering if I need some kind of code that has somehow been erased for some reason. If I do I have no idea what it is.

AddToAny is successfully passing shared URLs to Facebook, so the issue is between your site and Facebook.

Facebook’s debugger is showing that Facebook itself is having trouble connecting to your site:

As you troubleshoot, keep testing your site changes against Facebook’s debugger.

I didn’t fix it, and it is still not fixed!

I used the debugger and the error message reads “Error Linting URL-An internal error occurred while linting the URL.”

I have no idea what that means and I can’t get an answer from Facebook on how to interpret that or even how to fix it.

Marking as resolved since this is not an issue with AddToAny. Please search around for this issue, and start a new topic.

Couple things to try before you post a new topic: Try temporarily switching to one of the default ‘TwentySomething’ themes. Also get your site to validate by disabling plugins & customizations that output invalid HTML code and switching to a theme that validates if necessary: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://bigdaddycool.info/
