• It would be useful if it would be possible to make the WP app ask for the password instead of saving it. If this is not possible for some reason, the app should at least hide password protected posts and request a password to show them.

The iOS app should ask for the password? Towwards what end?

In the app its only possible to register to blogs by storing the credentials. Every user of my iPad has now full access to these blogs. I would prefer to protect them by a password. Either another app password or just the blog password requested every time the blog content shall be showed.

If you refered to the password protected post: I created a post, protected it with a password different from the blog password, but in the app I can still read the post without having to enter the post password.

To be honest, that’s actually an iOS problem. I mean, you just said “Anyone who logs into my device as me can act as me!” It’s iOS’s fault here for not having multiple roles :/ Which believe me, chaps my hide.

But a secondary password on the iOS app would be interesting. What if it saved your blog’s password but when opened asked for a secondary code specific only to it?
