I’m trying to transfer my subscribers from http://historichorrors.wordpress.com/ to http://www.historichorrors.com/ how do I do this?

You need to ask the WordPress.COM support people to do that for you. Just post on their forum here:

http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

Also be sure you have JetPack installed and activated on your new site.
