Image size problem

Since the update i have the problem that with activ SAM i cannot choose the image sizes of the images which i will to insert into an article. With deactivation of SAM everything works fine.

Pls. can you fix this, because in the moment i´ll have to deactivate the plugin when i wrote an article – after publishing it, i can activate SAM again…
