Well, as they’re not part of WordPress I’d have to say either your theme or a plugin is putting them there.

no..its not theme button coz every theme i’ve use (even the default) shows this button…please help me…

the picture i put there is just example, because every TEXTAREA in my blog showing the “strong”,”blablabla” button, even the pierre shoutbox is showing that button…
Instead of an “example” picture, a real link to a web page with this issue would be just about priceless, don’t you think?
And, have you cleared your browser cache since deactivating the plugin?

owh its my foolishness….im so sorry to all of you…LesBessant is right..comment quicktaq is the culprit..btw im developing my beta blog on my laptop and its not online… but my online blog can be access via http://paskal.gempax.net
