This is a theme question – not built in to WP itself. There are plugins that can create columns.
What theme are you using?
You’ll need to ask them about any theme-specific questions – as these forums only support themes from here:

But like I said, there are column plugins so you might check those out to see if they’ll do what you want:

I see that there is something called
“Frontpage Multi Columns”
but I don’t want to change the frontpage, I want to change a sub page with items/products

Sorry, I’ve never used any – I just use HTML and CSS to do content the way I want. I think you’ll get better informed advice from the theme developers – sounds like maybe you’re asking about the layout of the template, not just the columns – and that’s a bigger/different question.
