Missing CSS for individual authors

    I cannot choose to only show certain authors. If i use the code below it works great, but if i remove the id=”all” then it breaks and appears as if css is not loading and is unusable

    [starbox id=2]
    [starbox id=4]
    [starbox id=5]

    [starbox id=”all”]

    using 3.8 and 1.0.9

    After trying more things, I was able to get it functioning by referencing authors by their usernames, but still not by their ids.
