I’m still having difficulty with WP

    Blog was working fine for a while. Then when I went to post a new article I discovered that going to ./Blog/wp-admin, I could not see the log-in page anymore…just the Index to /Blog page. Also the link to my blog from my website had to be changed to point to a specific page (it was http://creativeoptions/Blog/ I had to append “index.php” to get the Blog to show up.

    Originally I’d get into the management area by the linkk http://creativeoptions.com/Blog/wp-admin. Now I need to click links in the wp-admin until I find one that lets me in.

    I use Windows XPSP2, Macromedia, MySQL, Apache .
    I have the same problem using IIS. Is there some way to fix this?

    I don’t know anything about Win servers (and hope I’ll never have to learn anything about them) BUT – on any server index.php should be a valid index file in order to work.
    If you are hosted, kick your host to make it a valid index file.
    If you are your own host – learn how to do it.

    EDIT. And don’t post “poems” in the tag field. One or two keyword is enough!!!
