All – This can commonly be due to a conflict with another active plugin, have you checked if that is the case?

It happens the minute I enable the “Automatically resize images after upload” feature. If I delete and reinstall the plugin without that enabled – everything works.
The theme is based on WP Foundation (Zurb) and I just saw lots of postings online about conflicts between the 2.
@cukeving – Thanks for this feedback, the Automatically re-size images functionality is a NextGEN Legacy option we have left in but do not recommend using.
We will have to review its continued inclusion, especially if it is now being reported as causing conflicts and issues.
