WP3.8 Custom theme doesn't display admin bar

Hello,
I am developing new theme and for some reason it doesn’t display my admin/bar. It shows just blank space across top of the browser. Anyone had similar issues and how did you solve them?

I only started so it must be something inside the header that is different from previous version.
