Ugh. Great. I see that others are also having the double-charge issue, starting 4 months ago. It would be great if the developer would simply add a note to the plugin page that it’s no longer functioning / supported — to keep us from wasting our time.
Wow, I’m surprised. I corresponded with Noel in the past and was amazed at his response and expertise. There may be a reason for his hiatus so lets not jump to conclusions; health, vacation, maybe he won the lottery?
Not every free project can last forever.
