logging in errors

Hi, I am trying to access my website and it is giving me errors that

ERROR: The password you entered for the username admin is incorrect. Lost your password?

When asked to retrieve a new password I get email stating the following, but no link to reset.

Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: http://tpitropicalescapes.ca/ Username: admin If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

Please advise how to reset as I entered the correct user/password to begin with. thank you !
